How many sessions does a Hollywood Smile take?
Generally several appointments spread over a few weeks: consultation and project, smile trial, preparation and temporaries, then final fitting. Preliminary care may be added.
Veneers and Hollywood Smile
A Hollywood Smile takes place in stages. The first consultation is used to examine the teeth and gums, to take photos and impressions, and to understand what you would like to change.
Next comes the project phase, with the smile trial in the mouth. Once the project is approved, the teeth are prepared if necessary, a precise impression is taken for the dental laboratory, and temporary teeth are fitted so that your smile remains presentable while the final pieces are being made.
The final fitting takes place at a later appointment, often followed by a check-up to verify comfort, your bite and the condition of the gums.
If cavities, gum inflammation or root canal treatment need to be dealt with first, the schedule is extended accordingly. The dentist gives you an expected timetable for your situation, together with the written estimate.
This is a general answer. Only a consultation at the practice can tell what suits your situation.
