The practice and appointments

The practice welcomes you Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturday morning, 9 am to 1 pm. It is closed on Sunday.

Consultations are by appointment, which allows the time needed to be given to each patient and keeps waiting to a minimum. Remember to call early enough if you have particular time constraints, for example for a Saturday appointment.

If you cannot attend your appointment, let the practice know by phone as soon as possible. The slot can then be offered to another patient, and a new appointment will be arranged for you.

Outside opening hours, if you have a serious sign such as a fever, swelling spreading towards the eye or neck, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or bleeding that will not stop, go to the hospital emergency department. For pain you can bear, contact the practice as soon as it reopens.

This is a general answer. Only a consultation at the practice can tell what suits your situation.
