The practice and appointments

How do I book an appointment?

By phone during opening hours, or with the call-back form on the website. The team calls you back to arrange a time.

What are the practice’s opening hours?

The practice is open Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, and on Saturday, 9 am to 1 pm. It is closed on Sunday.

Where is the practice?

The practice is on avenue du Koweït, in Rabat. It is within easy reach for patients from Rabat, as well as from Salé and Temara.

What happens at the first consultation?

The dentist listens to your expectations, examines your teeth and gums, may ask for an X-ray, then explains the possible options. A written estimate is given to you if treatment is proposed.

Will I receive an estimate before treatment starts?

Yes. For any treatment proposed after the consultation, a detailed written estimate is given to you before treatment starts. No treatment in the estimate is started without your agreement.

Is treatment reimbursed by the CNSS, the CNOPS or my mutual insurance?

Depending on your policy, part of certain treatments may be covered by the CNSS, the CNOPS or your mutual insurance. The practice gives you the documents you need for your claim.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

Any recent dental X-rays you have, the list of your medication and your insurance documents. Medical information is handed to the dentist during the consultation.
